Description

This classic cannonball top bed has the massive posts characteristic of mid 19th century beds. The headboard has the cyma curve frequently seen with this style.

We use bed bolts for rigidity and convenience. Available in any size in maple with stained or painted finish and in tiger maple, cherry or mahogany in a natural or stained finish.

This bed was commissioned by Old Sturbridge Village as a replica of one in their collection for a hands-on display. It has no bed bolts, being held together by the rope spring.
